Talent Inclusion Project
How the project came about
The Institute now runs the programs Direct Connection to the Future and Digital Connection to training people over 18 years of age to get onto the formally documented labor market.
The Young Talent Project fosters professional, inter-personal and cognitive skills and abilities, for the physically disabled.
This diversity project is an alternative form of access to the labor market in the telecommunications industry and its methodology is based on four pillars of education for everyone.
General Purpose
To develop a program for people with disabilities in line with law no. 8213/91, increasing opportunities for integration on the labor market and inclusion in the Nextel Institute's projects in the cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Particular Purpose
- To identify new talent, to contribute to professional training and to open up access to the employment opportunities.
- To encourage diversity and foster interaction with other social groups.
- To offer professional training and development opportunities for comprehensive education of the participants.
Target Audience
- People with physical and partial visual disabilities
- Minimum age 18 years - both sexes
- High school students or graduates
