"Dear all
I would like to thank the Nextel Institute and the Steve Biko Institute and the Connection Program, who were with me throughout the courses on sales techniques, computing, English, mathematics, and Portuguese. I embraced this great, knowing that life is not easy, having been through hardship without the support of my parents because I was raised in an orphanage, away from my family at a home for teenagers (NGO).
At the end of the course I got an internship at the court of justice, in the administrative center. During my time there I was always asked: where did you learn that? Have you ever worked in court? And I always answered: I learned it at the Direct Connection to the Future program and I am putting into practice what I learned there in this new experience.
Thank you all to everyone at the Nextel Institute and Steve Biko Institute for preparing me and my colleagues for our entire professional and personal lives.
